Grant Fraley is a consultant and software developer of GIS applications and holds a Masters of Science in Geographic Information Science from San Diego State University. Mr. Fraley has extensive experience using Python to develop solutions for analyzing and visualizing large spatial databases, with a focus on web applications and cloud computing infrastructure.
